How Long Does shipping Take？When Will I Receive My Order？
Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days and shipped immediately. Most orders are received by our clients within 7-15 days.
Please note that our watches are made to order. Depending on the style, colour and case size, our CNC manufacturing time is anywhere between 2-3 days. This may cause a delay in shipping. Depending on the destination country, some of the watches may arrive 5-7 days later than expected.
Any orders not received within 6 weeks automatically qualify for a full-refund or reship free of charge! 🌟
My Order Has Been Dispacted，Can I Track My Order？
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update. You may track your order on our "track order" page. 📦

How Do I Install The Apple Watch Case？
1) Place the silicone cover over the Apple Watch. Ensure that the cover is not over stretched across the screen. Align the edge of the silicone case with the edge of the Apple Watch screen.
2) Slide the Apple Watch into the case with the dial side inserted first.
3) Install rear cover. Please align the notch on the bottom of the cover with the dial. Do not over tighten the screws, leave them slightly snug.
4) Hard press the side dial and button on the Apple Watch Case until you hear/feel a click on both the dial and the button. This will ensure the Apple Watch is in the correct position inside the Watch Case.
What is your return policy?
Customers can return the purchased products within 14 days after receiving the product. Please be noted that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products will not be replaced in the following cases:
1.The customer is dissatisfied with the appearance and color of the non-defective product.
2.The customer refuses to sign for the express delivery of the purchased goods.
3.Physical damage not notified within 48 hours of product receipt.
4.Any damage caused by the user.
5.International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
6.Products that have been personalized are not eligible for return or refund. We will replace them only if the product is defective or damaged.
